Age Around 263ish years? Canon does not say and she's celebrated almost 4 'birthdays' in other games. Physically she's more the size of a 10-13 year old child.
Gem Snowflake shaped light blue Larimar on her back where her wings would meet her back, between her shoulder blades.

Ablities

-GOT BACK Danmaku- Non-Lethal magical bullets used to solve fights in Gensokyo. These can take a multitude of different colors and shapes. They are used in defined patterns for the most part, Non Spell card and Spell cards. They can be used individually but is not common as Danmaku duels usually are pattern based. Cirno has quite a few of these. (EoSD Spell Cards PCB Spell cards, Shoot the Bullet Spell cards Hisoutensoku Spell cards)

-GOT BACK (First opening of the box)- Ability of the Manipulation of Cold- Cirno's natural ability. She can freeze things in a instant or create ice or icicles out of nothing in a instant. In hot weather or in warm environments, this is hindered and may take a while longer for her to do. Also as noted above, this can help her heal.
*Ice Aura. Helps keep her from melting during high heat. (Part of the above.)

As Cirno is from another game, Rakuen, She will have the ablity, with her glove, to pull a weapon from others chests to use in battle! This is a opt in obviously but this is how it usually goes-

1- Cirno makes friends
2- Uh oh! battle! Cirno needs a weapon..
3- She comes up to your character asking to vow with them so she can borrow the weapon inside them! It can be as simple as 'I promise to do my best in battle' to a long winded speech.
4- She pulls the weapon!

Character Personality: Childish is a word that describes Cirno to a T. It is one trait all fairies in the land have but Cirno seems to take it too far at times. She has the tendency of running around and attacking others at random, declaring, "I'm the Strongest!" Most of these attempts get her into trouble and defeated. She has only once actually challenged someone who was more powerful then herself and won, but even that was at a low level. But with her naive mind, she took it as a complete victory and went home to rest afterwards.

She is not quite the smartest in the land of Gensokyo. One way to distract her from what she was doing is to ask her a riddle. She will stop what she is doing just to try and figure it out. She knows basic math, Addition, Subtraction, Division and Multiplication but anything more complicated then that, She will just take a wild guess at it. She can read a bit, mostly elementary school level books but she mostly will not understand what she read afterwards. It can be thought she can learn but she is usually too distracted to sit down and learn.

Just like other fairies, Cirno loves to go and pull pranks on anyone she can. Which leads her into trouble and most of her fights. Pranks pulled on her usually leads to her finding the person responsible and trying to fight them, Given the fact that her temper seems to get the better of her most of the time when faced with the situation. Unlike other fairies though, Cirno is a complete rough and tumble tomboy. Down in the dirt, fights always imminent and not afraid to get dirty or bloody, which ever the situation is called for.

Under all of that, Cirno is a sweet and kind girl if given the chance. She overshadows it with the stronger points of her personality or with the things going on around her. She does tend to get swept up into the excitement and will fall back into her loud and brash nature to deal with the excitement. If you can get her away from the excitement or people she just does not like, She can and will become a whole different fairy.

During Cirno's time in Rakuen, a bit of this has changed. She is more likely to acutally watch and observe a situation instead of running head first into it. Even though it will take her a while to catch on, she is willing to sit down and learn, As she started to see some of her classes made sense to her. Even though she likes to hide behind a bright smile, she is a bit more soloem and worried about things. People dissappearing and punishment she had to deal out on others have worn her down quite a bit. She is also more likely to cling to anyone she befriends and be overly worried about them at any given time.


AU Information:
Cirno spent 18 rounds in Rakuen City as a member of the Conquest School. She at first didn't seem to care that something was missing, only about making her weapon more powerful so she could earn enough to regain her memories back. She met up with many people, some dismissing her as a annoying child and others taking her under wing. Slowly she gained friends and felt comfortable.

Nephenee, Kotaro, Becca, Marisa, Shion, Sanae, Yuka, Suzaku. These people became important to her and she clung to them with the hopes of never leaving them. Some ended up disappearing, slowly chipping away at her spirit and cheerfulness. She wanting nothing more to bring them back or follow them but it didn't seem to be in the cards for her. She gained her Prefect status and then soon lost Kotaro, the one who pulled her star.

So she fought on, with a little less enthusiasm then before and then finally refusing to go to her classes at all, after losing Sanae and going into a bit of berserk rage mostly just to damage herself. This went on for a long while before it caught up to her during a time right after she had lost Nephenee. They called upon two of her friends to delver punishment to the fairy..or to her friend. Suzaku and Yuka were called and Yuka was punished for Cirno's misdeeds. This ended up frightening her into submission for the time being..but by this point..it was too late.

Everyone began vanishing, only leaving herself and Suzaku, the last 2 Player Prefects left in the city, at the very end, wandering about the city to try and figure out what was next or what to do. This didn't last long before they also fell into the grey room and vanished into a light. They didn't save that world..but they did their best!

With all of this, Cirno has lost a lot of her cheerfulness and her naive mind has slowly dwindled. She's a bit more likely to figure things out and do something about it with a bit of a push. She is also a bit more clingy to people once she is sure they won't just vanish before her eyes. Her child like enthusiasm is nearly gone but not enough to say it can't be brought back. It might take a while or even the right people but she will be able to be brought back mostly.

Also- She has lost memories that she has not gained back by the end. They are little charms that go on a bracelet that each character receives for their memory charms. She gained back 4 of those memories but is still missing a bunch. Here is a list of those memories she is still missing.

Character Abilities: (Due to Rakuen, She was missing the starred abilities until the correct tower was defeated. They never got to them so she is still missing these abilities)
Ice Fairy- Cirno is a Ice fairy. She has Icicle like wings on her back and always seems to emit a cold aura around her. She can use this to heal herself or regenerate a limb. Fire melts her. (*The Aura was a part of her Ice powers and did not regain it in Rakuen)

Flight- Being a fairy, she can fly, but only by magic. Her wings are just not made for real flight

Third-
They had failed, Cirno was sure of it even though she felt like they had done some good. She felt better with the fact she was able to say her goodbyes to those she knew she would never see again. The city could try again...and if the offer was sent her way again she would gladly come back to try again. She closed her eyes, just letting the light overwhelm her, taking her away.

Although all of a sudden feeling shaky and confused was not what she expected. Grabbing the strap of her backpack, which seemed full, Cirno slowly climbed to her feet and looked about. This didn't seem like home or even where she lived as far as she knew. She frowned and tried to remember, only resulting in a very bad headache. Holding her head, she leaned against the wall and could not help but frown. Her memories..where were they? Was that the cost for not solving the city? All the ones she did not get back before the end were gone forever?

"That's not fair! Give them back!" She yelled out, angry eyes scanning the crowd. Obviously the others were here too right? "Yuka! Suzaku! Shion! Where are you? Where did we get sent?"

She stands there for a moment, trying to regain her balance before moving through the crowd, looking for those faces, hopeful to see them again..although her search would end before long, once someone would explain to her what to do.
